Re: Complier stops right away

Hi, It is not a problem. So I have cleared the path variable before I had create new installation so this is only what Setup had created. C:\Program Files (x86)\ECERE SDK\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\ECERE SDK\mingw\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\ECERE SDK\mingw\bin\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\ECERE SDK\mi...

Re: Complier stops right away

Hi, I have installed the setup from the link in the email and downloaded new files from the github, when I tried to compile, this is what I got: E:\Builds\ecere-sdk-f564926>mingw32-make Bootstrapping eC compiling tools... Building ecere... gcc: CreateProcess: No such file or directory mingw32-make[3...

Re: Complier stops right away

Hi to both :) I thought that I should not touch them, but heck, I had to do something :) I did install the new version without uninstalling the last one, if that might be a problem. I had not download the file as soon as I got email, but it might have been soon after, I will try it again and get bac...

Compiler stops right away

Hi to all. I did not see that anyone on the forums had this problem, so I decided to start a topic. I had installed the setup from the email . Unfortunately even though it is a great version I had some problems with it and I wanted to install the newest version from the GitHub. Now this is the versi...

Hi Jerome and Redj.

Yes Redj you are right, but I will answer this in another topic here.

Oh and Jerome, I had forked the Ecere on the github, will start to contribute soon.

Best Regards to all,
D.Bane.

Installer suggestions

Hi, I did not know where to put suggestions so I will answer here instead of writing to this topic I'm pretty sure D.Bane meant using the installer to package any other project. Redj is right, I wanted to say that it would be cool to have the installer activated by pressing something like 'make setu...

Re: Ecere SDK 0.44 "Ryoan-ji"

To tell it in few letters "WOW" I am surprised at how everything looks, there is a big difference and I know I had been away for less then month, but it seems like it is much more than that based on what I saw just now. The installation system is much nicer and better than the 0.43 version...

Re: Minimize/Expand Code

Thank you Jerome :) I guess that I have to register at git for that, so I will do that. So Fork->Pull Request->integration and celebration :) So for now there is one issue that I think would be nice for warm up.. Is it just entering keywords or is there more to do, as I see that Redj posted it as im...

Re: Q3 - ScrollBars

Haha :) The last two properties were just what I needed :) When a window opened it would not show everything as the scrollbar would not get properly drawn (not a bug in Ecere). Now I wanted to answer to your post and tried the ScrollArea = null; and it returned great results (just what I needed actu...

Re: Minimize/Expand Code

Hi Jerome.

I will post the request at the Mantis for now and when I will start looking at the things I might know to resolve in the Mantis.

All the best,
D.Bane.
